There's already misc.jobs.* hierarchy for jobs opennings messages. The Hong Kong manager who posted the message originally is either ignorant or desperate. I'm sure he would never post such a message again. What's more offensive to most of us is the fact that he's spamming his message to over eleven newsgroups: comp.databases, comp.databases.gupta, comp.databases.informix, comp.databases.ingres, comp.databases.ms-access, comp.databases.object, comp.databases.olap, comp.databases.oracle, comp.databases.paradox, comp.databases.pick, comp.databases.progress This act alone will alienate him from anyone with some occupational integrity, and shows to the world what inferior work palce his position will offer. Do you want to work for a manager or a company who's so ignorant of the basic internet ettiquette(?)? What other ethical standards will they run over in their daily operation? -- Weiqi Gao weiqigao@crl.com
