-461 is a strange error to get when fetching a cursor. You could try
checking the items listed in "finderr 461".
This is the SQL that is failing:
sprintf( statement2,
"SELECT colno, colname "
" FROM syscolumns "
" WHERE tabid = %d"
" ORDER BY colno",
tabinfo.tabid );
Try oncheck -cc and see if you get any errors.
