Back when we 'decided' (by apathy) to allow posts but standardize on a particular format for the subject line to make them easier to filter, I took it upon myself to type up a statement of that standard and as each headhunter posted to this group I would email them a copy of it. So sure they can ignore general commentary from the group, but an email in their inbox is another matter - I seem to remember that that worked fairly well - I still see subjece lines that follow that standard.
