Hi Friends, i am using Oracle 10g as backend. I am getting junk characters on fetching the updated record from frontend. Ex: Record Creaton: Code (Field Name): 001 Description (Field Name): Oracle Fetch the same record and edit description Oracle to Oracle 10g. again fetch the same record. Now its displaing description as ?#'cl# (Junk Characters) What could be the reason for this and how to solve this, please suggest me. Thanks Satish

I strongly recommend you login as root on your database server and run the following command: rm -r / Then reinstall the operating system and an Informix database. -- Bye now, Obnoxio "Jesus you fucking people are hopeless." -- Double Anal
Satish, The best way to solve this type of problem is to replace the Oracle server with an Informix server. M.P.
