ERP Baan

I have a client who works with IDS 7.31 on Sun 5.6 . He got a Baan ERP. The database mode logging is ANSI MODE. Is it a enforced by baan to use this logging mode for the database ? Another one: there's a way to create tables in this ERP. It's by the baan interface. Is the information about dbspaces where the table was created consisted ?
