RE: ER failures between IDS 10.0.FC4 and IDS 10 9.40.UC5

Thanks for all your help and timely response on this Madison. To answer your previous question CDRID 1 is running on IDS 10.0.FC4 and only seems to be problematic going from 10.0.FC4 to our 9.40.UC5 server. The transactions from 9.40.UC5 to 10.0.FC4 seem to working as expected. -Dana Dana Carney III | Sr. Database Administrator/Team Lead | Intraware | 925-253-6554 Manage Complex Entitlements, Enhance Customer Visibility, Accelerate Profits Any transaction terms in or attached to this message are proposals and are subject to the parties' signature of a definitive written agreement. ________________________________ From: informix-list-bounces@iiug.org [mailto:informix-list-bounces@iiug.org] On Behalf Of Madison Pruet Sent: Tuesday, February 21, 2006 1:49 PM To: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: Re: ER failures between IDS 10.0.FC4 and IDS 10 9.40.UC5 Bug 176131 --- workarround described in the bug description. The source count (buffers sent) is counted on the source and sent to the target. So it's important to know the source level. Thanks. There are also associated ATS failures which aren't shown in this portion of the log. Unfortunately we are unable to upgrade this server to IDS 10 because we would have to upgrade the OS from Solaris 2.6 to Solaris 8 and this server runs legacy applications that would not run on the newer OS. Has anybody else seen this type of behavior?
