Did you use VTCPIP.386 in your SYSTEM.INI ??? If you don't, you can't access to TCP/IP with Windows-Apps. Correct SYSEM.INI : ... [386Enh] ... network=*vnetbios,vnetware.386,vipx.386 ... Check your database-connection by using ILOGING.EXE. When i try to set up my I-Net and then the Informix CLI ODBC driver so that I can use Erwin i get some strange errors... I'm running the 5.01 version of CLI and I-Net and I always get the error message -41007 .. the one that says that the winsock dll can't be loaded.... the DLL is in my path... What can i do? / Peter
