Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
Snorri Bergmann, upgrading from 12 to 14 with SDS, saw an online.log warning about the table minversion feature flag from SQL_DEF_CTRL, a parameter not in his onconfig. Fernando Nunes thought it a cosmetic bug (APAR IT30689); Andreas Legner said it can safely be ignored since the parameter is intentionally undocumented. Snorri ignored it and all ran fine.

Hi.
I'm upgrading from 12 to 14 on new hardware and I have a SDS setup.
On the secondaty, I get this in online.log when starting the server:
05/20/20 10:07:14 DR: Warning: The table minversion DBA feature is enabled on this secondary
(flag with value 0x400000 of the SQL_DEF_CTRL onconfig parameter).
Please ensure that this feature is also enabled on the connected
primary server, otherwise the secondary server may not behave as
expected when table minversion changes occur!
This SQL_DEF_CTRL parameter is not present in the onconfig file, and I can't find any mention of it in the docs.
Does anyone know what's going on?
Thanks in advance,
-Snorri

Seems to be a cosmetic bug:

Open a support ticket to be sure.

Hi Snorri,
this message can safely be ignored. Its main intent is to ensure a certain mini-feature (irrelevant to most) is configured equally on primary and all its secondaries - which it will be if you don't have this (intentionally undocumented) parameter in any of the server's onconfig files.
HTH,
Andreas
