Starting with version 7.x there is a way to drop unused chunks,
if the chunk to be dropped is not the primary chunk of a dbspace
and is unused.
Have a look at "onpsaces --" output. There you will find an
option to drop a dbspace/chunk. Don't use the onmonitor utility.
