Hi all, I was told at the beginning of the year that 7.23.UC11 on HP10.20 was a year 2000 compliant version of Informix, and this is what we have migrated to on certain vendor systems that don't yet support 7.30. Lately I've heard that Informix is now stating you have to go to the 7.24 series to be year 2000 compliant. Is there anywhere I can verify this for sure?

I'm sure it's in their best interest to give you the correct information. In the meantime, to give yourself a warm fuzzy, try the leap year test. Set DBCENTURY to C(closest) and try inserting "02/29/00" into a date field. If the insert works, it does not necessarily mean that 7.23.UC11 is Y2K compliant (a good sign, however), but if you get a -1206 error, then you know that it is not Y2K.
