Out of sequence page order, please try again ... Error

Hello, I am using the D4gl web integration option on a Sparc Ultra 1 running Solaris 2.6. I access the phonebook demo application via Internet Explorer 4.0. The application works fine as long as I use the navigation buttons within the application. If I ever use I.E. 4.0's back or forward buttons I get the following error. Out of sequence page order, please try again ... I have also gotten the above error within the app but much less frequently. Is this the way it is supposed to work? The application at this point is pretty much hosed. I have to go out to the solaris box and kill the fglrun process to get back into the application. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
