CDR pool size

Folks, Just curious about memory usage by CDR pool( see below). We have other replicated sites( update-anywhere) where the CDR pool occupied size can almost be ignored compared to this. We have all sites with the same hardware, software, application, even workload.... We do not know why one site's CDR pool got so big and it did not release.
