4GL and LaserJet Printers

Good Morning! Hope everyone had a nice holiday! I have a client that has requested several reports that require a lot of page formatting. Things like boxes, shading, proportional fonts, use of a few soft fonts, etc. Before I take on the task of trying to write my own, I though I'd check the group to see if anyone has written any functions to handle this type of formatting. I would also be interested in any commercial products that might be available. The only hitch is that these programs must run in 4GL on Unix exclusively. No Windows, OS/2, etc.. Any help will be appreaciated! Thanks - Dave
