Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi all
I've been having a poke around the ol' SMI tables lately, and, I've found
that
in SYSSESWTS there are some quite high (like, in the 10's of 1000s) values
for a few wait reasons. The reasons with these high values are (in order of
number of waits) are:
mt ready
condition
running
aio
I'd really appreciate if anyone could shine some light on what exactly these
waits mean so I can go about reducing them.
Thanks!
Andrew
