IUS segmentation fault

Hi, Informixers, I installed Informix Universal Server following the instruction and tried to run oninit or onmonitor, I got "segmentation fault" immediately without core dump. Does anybody have similar experience or any idea as of what is wrong? My platform is SiliconGraphics O2. Thanks. -Henry
