Part of - where is the rest of it E.g. OPTCOMPIND?
Check OPTCOMPIND = 0 first, we upgraded from 7.12 to 7.13 and found
oPTCOMPIND got set back to 2 (the default) even though
a) Nothing else in $ONCONFIG changed
b) we didn't get asked for /informed of the change.
