We've been pushing for this for some time, including a better format for the bug lists (ie: trash the 500K text file with 2-line descriptions and give us a dynamic list in the ALERT format (which is nice, descriptive, and growing at the rate of about 10 per year (mostly new product releases))). So far we've sent email to webmaster@, and brought it up after a perfectly hideous tech-support fiasco over a documented (but unknown to us) bug (the archive level-0 create failures in 5.03 -> 5.08) with Mark Drake and Kieth Brown, both of whom agreed that it would be useful and "they'd see what they could do" (or words to that effect). Surprise, no change. We've also asked for an alert list for potentially fatal bugs (like the fact that your level-0 archives won't restore if they were taken while work was happening). No results on that one either. Sigh. You'd think that this wouldn't be too much to ask... -Richard
