Hi, 1. Check you are typing the correct password (again) 2. Check the "Host" tab for password settings, i.e. - "Ask password at runtime", "No password" or "Password" specified there. The settings for this field depend on the frontend, so see p.3 In some versions of Delphi Informix Native SQL driver you have to specify in SetNet "No Password" to connect to database. 3. Could you tell what exactly is the frontend (esql/c program, Delphi, ODBC program ?)
