INet under HP/UX 8.0
Any HP Wizards out there?
We are having some problems getting INet running on our HP 9000/375 under
HP/UX 8.0. When I try to start up the sqlexecd, I get the following message:
25507 The specified service name or protocol is unknown.: Invalid argument
Here is the section of the '/etc/services'
#
# Informix I-NET 4.0
#
sqlexec 1525/tcp # Start up the INET daemon
Here is the script used to start up the daemon:
INFORMIXDIR=/tpau/users/informixexport INFORMIXDIR
SQLEXEC=$INFORMIXDIR/lib/sqlexec
export SQLEXEC
DBNETTYPE=tcp/ip;export DBNETTYPE
$INFORMIXDIR/lib/sqlexecd
Any ideas?
