Disk Layout using SSA

I've been looking for an expert opinion on the right disk layout for Informix based on the following resources: 18 with 9GB Disks Disk mirroring and stripping is available 32 GB of data 16 GB of BLOB data Is it logical to create 4 dbspaces with 4 chunks 2GB size for each dbspace and stripe accross 4 disks? 1 Blopspace with 2 dbspaces and 4 chunks 2GB size for each dbspace and stripe accross 2 disks. The remaining 3 disks would be used for rootdbs,llogdbs,tempdbs,plogdbs, and CDR log spaces. All of the disks mentioned above are mirrored using SSA disk mirroring.
