IDS 10 systables missing

After upgrading to 10.00.UC1, I keep getting these errors on *some* of
the databases:
311: Cannot open system catalog (sysdirectives).
135: ISAM error: TBLspace does not exist
Would this be because the databases didn't upgrade properly? If so,
short of downgrading the database and restoring a backup, is there any
way I can create that table manually?
Running "oncheck -cD" is equally unhelpful. It returns:
TBLspace data check for cell:informix.sysdirectives
Error opening TBLspace sysdirectives.
Any ideas?

Worrying. Did you raise a tech support case by the way?
