Following ONCONFIG file clipped for interest and space:

This is kindof odd -- mirroring on with no path?

13 -- is this a little low?

We found that this caused us a significant performance downturn on an HP
K260. YMMV, of course.

I'm assuming that KAIO isn't an option on your platform?

With 128mb this could be a little higher -- are you adding any virtual segments
during a run? This can take a lot of time on some platforms, and cause
overhead due to, er, permissions cacheing I believe.

Risky, but not a performance factor. We generally use 75% of real memory for a
single instance machine on SHMTOTAL.

You may want to try 1 and 2 -- depends on whether or not you want longer
checkpoints or worse overall utilization.

I don't remember what he defaults are here, but this is another good place
to tune.

Assuming that this is declared as a TEMP dbspace? No offence intended, it
is an easy thing to forget.

You may want to make this "0" for 5.x like behaviour. Caused us all sorts of
grief before we reset to 0 and stopped worrying about it (OLTP).
Hrm. Are you seeing the same query paths as you do on your 5.x engine
for equ. data and queries? Have you executed an UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH
yet?
HTH...
