Informix-4GL 7.00 is an internal version of I4GL which is more readily
targeted at different versions of ESQL/C than the standard code. It is
only accessible to the Servers group, who use it to build OnMonitor.
As far as I am aware, there are no plans to use its code in a main-stream
I4GL release. It has no functionality not present in standard I4GL.

} white papers on engines but more info on tools would help - running
