Question about ACE reporter

I am using Online version 7.12 on an HP9000/800 running HPUX 9.04. The line printer is an HP 8626 I think. Here is what is happening. This is what happens with every report that is run. The first page starts one line down from the top and each subsequent page starts right on the money. The problem is annoying because we print a lot of checks, multi line reports on different forms, etcetera. Each time a new form is loaded and a new report run the operator has to bump the printer up a line, print a page, and bump it back down a line, and then go on. Have any of you ACE users encountered a similar problem. TIA
