Get out the archive tapes and restore. Also look for cross-linked
chunks. Do you have multiple instances on this machine? Could two
chunks have been defined from aliases to the same disk space (ie using
symbolic or hard links or say the /dev/dsk version and the /dev/rdsk
version of the same drive)? Onspaces does not check for the latter and
cannot check for the former. If such cross linking exists fix that
problem first then restore from archives. Get my 'aspace' scripts from
my first submission to the IIUG software repository (utils_ak in the
DBA section) and use it instead of onspaces/tbspaces to manage your
chunks. It checks for both of these cross-link problems.
