Suse Linux 6.2 ESQL C compile problems

Hello everybody, weh have a problem using ESQL-C 7.24.UC5 on Suse Linux 6.2 Distribution and Informix IDS 7.30UC7. Everytime Linking fails because some symbols couldn´t be resolved. I have heared, that the version of the glibc in Suse 6.2 is incompatible (or the wrong) to this version of esqlc (we must use!). My questions is, what is the solution for this Problem ? My idea is to install two glibc on the system. But what files i have to install in detail ? And how can i tell the linker to use this libraries instead of the system libraries ?
