yp_bind error

Hi All, I have a strange problem after installing Informix 7.30uc8. The error reads like this yp_bind: clnt_tli_create: RPC: Miscellaneous tli error - TLI Error -999 Bad file number. I am not sure this is because of Informix or OS. We are using sun solaris 2.5.1 we are upgrading from 7.14 to 7.30UC8 Any kind of help is appreciated. Phani.
