This is what happened
I was trying to load about 100,000 Records.
Ontape -c was running
Ontape -l showed only 1 U-C-L ( all others 37 were U-B i.e Backed Up)
Only 5 users were on the system
Tried onmode -c onmode -l
Tried onmode -z but said it wont do it.
After 15 Minutes, load process aborted.
And I loaded using HPL

I'm assuming u didn't have the DYNAMIC_LOGS feature turned on ... In this
case, please call Tech Support and they'll help you getting this xaction
completed or maybe deleting this transaction.
After that's done, you need to
a) add more logs to make sure it completes the xaction or
b) Load in smaller chunks and commit after a few records.

Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.30.UC2 -- On-Line (LONGTX) -- Up 2
days 04:00:45 -- 737696 Kbytes Blocked:LONGTX
Started a load job about 100,000 Records. After few minutes got LONGTX.
How to get out of this.
