Re : strange messages in log file

The release it is fixed in are 9.30.UC6 and 7.31.UD7 which are not yet available. You might want to contact Support for patch for this problem. And this is not a very serious problem except that it will fill up the message logs as it is just a warning issued by the server about the environment which is used by the newer client and is not known to this older server. This has been fixed under Bug#162319. -------------------------------------------- I started getting the following in my MSGPATH file yesterday. 08:25:33 Environment variable CLNT_PAM_CAPABLE is too long (maximum is -1 characters). 08:25:33 File: osenv.c, line: 1823, status: -5. I got 2 of them yesterday at 08:12 and then I got 10 of them this morning at 08:25. They don't seem to make anything bad happen but I'd like to find out what they are.
