Serial field and indexes

When you create a table with a serial field, Informix doesn't necessarily
create an index.
If you use dbaccess or isql and the Create Table Menu, you will get a
unique index for the serial field.
If you create the table with a sql script no indexes will be created.
You must issue a create index statement after you create the table.
A unique constraint on the serial field will also work.
Although a dbschema -d database -t table will not show and index for the
table, there is one in the sysindexes table.
