The retireve results in SmartHeapLibrary, Out of Memory. Please free some memory, then choose retry. This basically results in a system crash and requires a reboot. I ran some memory diagnostics and the problem seems to be that the NewEra2.2 exe is not using an swap. ANY RESPONSES?
