Re: Screen Record arrays

That's fine, but I can still say display a_array[x].variable to s_array[y].variable without any need for the screen definition. I ask the Net again, do we need it? -- Neil - @storm@aztec.co.za < ANOTHER ESSEX LAD > Malcolm Weallans (onlinedbc@cix.compulink.co.uk) wrote: : Neil writes. : > I have been programming in Informix for over four years and think : > that I am reasonably jacked. This is because you have defined 10 : copies of field x on the screen. In the 4GL program you can have an : array with 100 elements and display it to a screen array of only 10 : elements. The screen array then becomes a 10 element window onto the : program array. : Malcolm Weallans : Online Database Consultancy : 2 Arkley Court : Maidenhead : Berks : SL6 2YR : Phone 0628-72154 : Fax 0628-37463 : CIX - onlinedbc
