Or course now that I have rebuilt my Linux installation from scratch guess I'll need to re the FAQ and start again. Note the FAQ states you need in order to compile 4GL you need special version of gcc which can handle COFF....Well we've now got egcs (the latest version of gcc, not the offical GNU release but most sites seem to prefer it).
