Onbar dbspace restores by time of backup

OS: 6.1.3.0 IDS: 11.50.FC5 We are trying to restore specific dbspaces from and onbar backup by timestamp. We don't need to restore the full database, but just specific dbspaces. We are receiving dbspaces are not down.
