dat and idx files
Please help.
We have IBM aix running informix se5.
By using dbaccess, we cannot find the table name.
But there are two files in the db.dbs directory
named table1.dat and table1.idx.
Please tell me how to relink(?) these files to informix,
so I am able to open the table from dbaccess?
I tried to create table2 from dbaccess,
and there are table2.dat and table2.idx created.
Then I overwrite table2.dat and table2.idx
by table1.dat and table1.idx. But I got error message
from dbaccess,
242: Could not open database table (db.table1)
105: ISAM error: bad isam file format
Please help!
