Strange Problem on 4.0 version

Hello. I have to support an old informix system and I'm getting a strange problem. When ever a user tries to access either isql, sacego, sperform that get a error about Index already exists on column. From a UNIX prompt I get it from all of the following commands: isql sacego report_name sperform form_name The error message from sacego is : Index already exists on column. See error number -350. From isql or sperform INFORMIX-SQL Version 4.00.UE1 Copyright (C) 1984-1989 Informix Software, Inc. All Rights Reserved Software Serial Number INF#C191109 350: Index already exists on column. The funny things is this user is able to run compiled 4GL programs without any problems. All of the above command do work for the user that created the database (root in this case). Any thoughts or suggestions. I think it might have something to do with permissions or priviliages ? Not sure. The reason I'm guessing that is somebody was playing with grant and grant connect before it stopped working. configuartion deatils: Version: INFORMIX-SQL Version 4.00.UE1 O.S.
