Big confusion in the answers I've seen to your question... As you know, the fixpacks (PID - Wx - and specific patches - Xx - ) just include bugfixes. The place to get them is the Fix Central. And after you find the PID/Patch you'll see a link to "More information". This link will present you a list of the fixes (APARs) included in that specific PID/Patch. Click on any of those and you'll see a bug/problem description. You will need a PA account (which means you're entitled to receive/access the product). It's not very elegant to auto-promote my blog like this, but you can find a bit more information at: http://informix-technology.blogspot.com/2008/02/fix-central-central-place-to-get-your.html So, I apologize, but it matches your question... Regards, -- Fernando Nunes Portugal http://informix-technology.blogspot.com My email works... but I don't check it frequently...

Unfortunately the details under the "More Information" link are not well maintained. Only few Fix Packs have the proper details under the "More Information" link. For instance we go get the fix list for IDS-10.00.FC7.W1-Linux-64-bitx86_64-iFix but not for IDS-10.00.UC6.X8-Linux-32-bitx86-iFix (you get an Error, Document not found page). And for IDS-10.00.FC6X1-HPUX-64-bit-IA64-fixPack you get the generic IDS support page, and for IDS-10.00.FC6X7-Solaris-64-bitSPARC-iFix you get the fix list for the wrong version (10.00.xC6 but not 10.00.FC6X7-SPARC64), etc., etc. Dear IBM, since the fix list is being posted for some, could it not be done for all? (Yes, I know this isn't the place to make a request of IBM, I'm just hoping this wish find the correct eyes...)
