Informix CDC

Setting up Golden Gate to talk to Informix 11.5.FC8. On the GG side, "full row logging" must be enabled for replication. All tables are fine with the "ADD TRANDATA" comment from ggsci, except 1 (table_A) below. Has anyone seen this error? I've seen posts about CLIENT_LOCALE or DB_LOCALE needing set but that doesn't change anything. Created the syscdcv1 database with it unset (default) and set but no difference. Nothing "peculiar" about table_A that I've found yet but still looking closer.
