SET EXPLAIN ON problem

Hi, We're currently having a problem with INFORMIX On-line Release 6.01 on Pyramid. When we do a "SET EXPLAIN ON" in ISQL or ESQL/C we get the following message: 534: Cannot open EXPLAIN output file. 130: ISAM error: no such dbspace The home directory is writable and there is space.
