Hi Kelly, I've done a bit of work on Informix and JDBC. Yes JDBC can be used to access Informix databases & there are a number of products that support Informix. There are several ways of accessing an Informix database using Java. - can use direct JDBC drivers - can use JDBC-ODBC bridges. here are a few companies that have developed jdbc products, WebLogic www.weblogic.com OpenLink www.openlinksw.com Agave www.Agave.com intersolve www.intersolve.com SCO www.sco.com SQLRetrivever SAS www.sas.com javasoft www.javasoft.com Well, have fun. you will find out that putting them all to gether will take a bit of effort.
