No privilege to archive

I'm running Informix 7.0 on NT. I have a problem with running ontape. I've no problem in creating an operator login which is a member of Informix-Admin group to run ontape. The thing is, the user does not want the operator performing the backup to have such a high privilege login. Is there any way that I can grant a backup operator privilege just like NT backup privilege.
