How to enable KAIO on SCO5?

Hi, I am trying to enable KAIO on SCO 5.0.5 (RS 505A). I have done the following: At installation, I selected SUDS I ran mkdev aio I am using raw devices When root brings IDS up, it has the environment variable KAIOON=1 And it still is not working. sar -O shows 0s everywhere.
