How to rollback/forward a pending transaction

Hello,
I am working with a transaction manager using Informix as a resource manager.
A process died before Informix could either roll forward or back the
transaction, as a result the table is locked. However, unlike a normal table
lock where the user can go in and resolve the lock, I can do it in this case
because the database does not really recognize a "user" in the traditional
sense.
When working with Oracle and experiencing the same kind of problem, it is easy
to log into the database instance affected and select from a table called
dba_2pc_pending. If there is a transaction than needs to be resolved, the
statement "rollback/commit force 'transaction_id'" enables the user to
resolve the problem.
How do you something like that in Informix?
The error I get on the table is:
107: ISAM error: record is locked.
Tbstat provides this information:
Transactions
address flags user locks log begin isolation retrys coordinator
804a38 --X-G 0 2 2 COMMIT 0
804dc8 --X-G 0 4 2 COMMIT 0
Can someone please tell me how to proceed to resolve the locks?
Thank you,
Max
