Image datablade to Web?

Has anyone managed to make pictures stored as "image" accessible on the web? I want to use the functions available in the Image Datablade on the images, so using LargeObjects doesn't do the trick. We use Illustra Release 3.2.1 on Windows NT 3.51, Web datablade release 2.1 and Image release 1.3.
