No problem at all with converting databases nor with using existing code. However, it takes some studying to understand and be able to effectively tune all the new parameters in the onconfig file, as the architecture is now dramatically different (of the engine). If you make this switch, my suggestion is to spend enough time to play with the various parameters so that you thoroughly understand how to "tune" the engine before going live with your databases. A good understanding of TCP/IP won't hurt either! Steve
