I think you're being *very* misleading here. Delphi 2.0 Client/Server does NOT support Informix -- I suspect this is because Informix *still* haven't released a Win95 version of I-NET, rather than neglect on Borland's part, but I'm *really* pissed off that everybody I spoke to at Borland assured me that 2.0 would support Informix and I'm totally astonished that there is NO REFERENCE ANYWHERE that mentions ANYTHING about the lack of Informix support. Could you clarify *why* there is no Informix driver? Are you able to give a time-frame for when there *will* be a driver? Could you not use INET for NT (which, one assumes, is 32-bit and does run on Win95) Regards, Kerry S PS: Please don't refer me to my local Borland office -- they're nice people, but aren't the best source of definitive answers (Delphi 2.0 supports Informix, remember?) >Hope this helps, > >Mike Destein >Systems Engineer >Borland International >Washington DC Office ------------------------------------,------------------------------------------ Kerry Sainsbury, kerry@kcbbs.gen.nz | THE INFORMIX FAQ v2.4 Oct 95 Quanta Systems, Auckland | http://www.iiug.org/techinfo/faq/ New Zealand.
