Hi, there
I'm not an expert in these Kernel related things, but we run
INFORMIX-OnLine Version 7.12.UC1 -- On-Line -- Up 19:16:06 -- 132280 Kbytes
on a 8 CPU RM600 / Model unknown with uname -a like this
SINIX-Y s1 5.43 B0045 RM600 8/1408 R4000
and that is in /etc/conf/cf.d/stune:
MAXUP 512
NPROCHASH 128
NPBUF 800
SVMMLIM 0x7FFFFFFF
HVMMLIM 0x7FFFFFFF
HDATLIM 0x7FFFFFFF
HSTKLIM 0x7FFFFFFF
SDATLIM 0x7FFFFFFF
SSTKLIM 0x7FFFFFFF
SEMMAP 500
SEMMNI 500
SEMMNS 800
SEMMNU 300
SEMMSL 80
SEMOPM 50
SEMUME 50
SFNOLIM 0x400
HFNOLIM 0x400
SHMSEG 40
MAXVDXFER 1024
NINODE 2400
NRAIOBUF 1024
KV_SIZE 33554432
TCPTV_KEEPINTVL_SECS 60
TCPTV_KEEP_IDLE_SECS 120
but only INFORMIX is using KAIO on these machines.
For us, SFNOLIM was one of the most important, as far as I know
Regards
