PeopleSoft table psprcslock

Running Informix Dynamic Server 7.23.UC4. Doing alot of locks, largest number is 150,000. The sqr process that is running cannot get any work done I beleive because of the excessive locks on this table. We have made all tables row level. But table psprcslock has only one row. Does anyone know how People Soft is using this table or how to get around this locking situation? tia Paul Brais braispa@mail.northgrum.com
