if IDS migrate from 12.10FC6 to 12.10FC8w1, which system catalog table structure will be changed ? thanks.

Likely none. Sysmaster and/or sysadmin might be rebuilt though. You should drop all distributions and recreate them afterwards though, for any upgrade.
