131: ISAM error: no free disk space

hi, i have a random error (in title) when execute a single query on 3 database in same time. i read all subject with this problem on the group but all the solution write not resolve my problem. i have 4 dbsapce (4Gb) temp online and used by the application, a root dbspace with large free space (1Gb), the query plan of my query is clean (index are ok)... In fact, i have no problem when i execute this query on 1 or 2 databases only and when i execute it on my 3 database in the same time, it is one time ok on the 3 database and one time non ok on only one database (but never the same) ... my query have 7 join on 4 tables (one 2 time and an other 3 time) and no order, no group by.... somebody have an idea ps : sorry for my english...

It seems rather clear that you are running out of disk space somewhere. I'd start by running the query and watching your root and temp space usage. Your sorts could also be spilling into the file system so you should watch the file system space as well, specifically the $DBTEMP location if it is set. Would it be possible that you were reaching the maximum number of extents - possibly in tempdbs. If the temp dbspace is being used by all the queries at the same time it is possible that it will not use contiguous space. From the query plan what is the estimated number of rows returned? and from your select statement, how big are the rows? It is well-known that reaching themaximum number of extents will give an out of disk space error.
